Terms and Conditions

Considering that Aautify provides a distribution channel for new products from partners located abroad ("Marketplace");

Considering the customer’s interest in purchasing products offered by Aautify ("Products") and its marketplace partners ("Partners") through their online sales channels;

The purpose of this contract is to define the general terms of use and purchase of products by the customer on Aautify's website (https://aautify.com/).


Privacy

1.1. Aautify is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer during the purchasing process.

1.2. The customer agrees not to disclose their website passwords to third parties and to take appropriate measures to keep their information confidential. If the customer notices and/or suspects that third parties have accessed their passwords, they must inform Aautify so that necessary measures can be taken.

1.3. By completing the registration, the customer declares that the information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete and understands that any false declarations may result in civil and criminal liability under Brazilian law.

1.4. The customer expressly agrees that Aautify may share their personal data and information with other companies in the economic group, Xiaomi subsidiaries, and authorities, as necessary for the purchasing process and compliance with applicable laws.

1.5. Your data will also be shared with the return agent as needed to process returns of international products purchased through the website, in accordance with applicable laws.


Customer Service (SAC)

2.1. The customer may use this service to clarify doubts, make requests, or submit complaints regarding their order or the content available on the website. Customer service can be contacted by phone, through the website form, or via email at aautify@gmail.com, all available in our "Help Center."


Delivery Conditions

3.1. The estimated delivery time for products will be provided during the purchase process and is calculated in business days. Product deliveries take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In exceptional cases, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

3.2. The customer is responsible for verifying the product's dimensions and ensuring they fit within the spatial limits of elevators, doors, and hallways at the delivery location. No assembly or disassembly of the product, transportation via stairs and/or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries will be performed.

3.3. Up to three delivery attempts will be made on different days at the provided address, with up to 48-hour intervals between each attempt. It is important that a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old and carrying an identification document, is present at the specified address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery receipt. If three delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to Aautify’s distribution center.

3.4. Once the order is finalized, it is no longer possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address or request early or priority payment processing.

3.5. The delivery time provided during the purchase process considers stock availability, region, billing process, and product preparation time. For each update regarding the delivery status, Aautify’s system will automatically send notification emails to the customer.

3.6. Shipping costs are determined based on factors such as the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the product.

3.7. Aautify does not authorize delivery personnel to:

  • Enter the customer’s home;
  • Deliver products through alternative means (e.g., passing them through a window);
  • Install or service products;
  • Open product packaging;
  • Deliver to an address other than the one specified on the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of Electronic Invoice) and/or invoice;
  • Deliver to minors or individuals without identification.

3.8. Aautify is not responsible for holding goods at the tax authority (SEFAZ) if it is solely due to pending issues on the customer's end that require their presence at the tax authorities to release the goods. In such cases, release and payment information will only be communicated to the relevant parties.

3.9. The rules outlined in sections 3.1 to 3.8 also apply to products sold and delivered by marketplace partners.

3.10. For the purposes of this contract, the customer is considered the importer of the product and is solely responsible for the international purchase. Aautify merely provides the platform for mediating and managing the transaction.

3.11. The customer acknowledges that the international partner is fully responsible for the products available on its platforms, their respective features, and their timely delivery, in compliance with Brazilian international trade laws and other applicable regulations.

3.12. By purchasing, the customer agrees to the conditions and guidelines set forth in our Shipping and Delivery Policies.


Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase and return the product under the following conditions:

  • The withdrawal period is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt;
  • The product must be returned to Aautify, preferably in its original packaging or the packaging in which it was delivered. It is important to include the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of Electronic Invoice) or invoice along with all accessories listed at the time of purchase.
  • For returns of fashion, CD, and DVD products, the product label/seal is also mandatory.

4.2. The customer must request a return via Customer Service (SAC). Aautify will cover collection or shipping costs for returns due to manufacturing defects. For other return requests, the customer agrees to bear the return shipping costs.

4.3. Upon receipt of the product at the distribution center, Aautify will verify whether the conditions above have been met. If so, the total purchase amount will be refunded.

4.4. If the purchase was made via credit card, the card administrator will be notified, and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent billing statement.

4.5. For payments made via bank transfer or PIX, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via bank transfer, exclusively to the customer's bank account. The CPF of the account holder must match the CPF on the order. If the buyer does not have an eligible bank account, a payment voucher will be issued in their name, redeemable at Banco Itaú branches with an identification document and CPF.

4.6. For purchases made with a voucher or other payment methods, the refund can be issued as store credit equivalent to the amount paid. If the voucher is canceled, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.

4.7. Aautify is exempt from refund obligations if the returned products do not meet the requirements outlined in this section.


Return and Exchange Conditions

5.1. All exchange and return cases will be handled in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

5.2. Product purchases from Aautify`s website allow for a return due to manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt, as well as an exchange if the product size is incorrect, under the same timeframe and conditions.

5.3. Returns due to defects will be accepted if the issue is reported within 7 days of receipt. Aautify will cover return costs in these cases.

5.4. Returns or exchanges for other reasons will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents, within 7 days of receipt, and in the same condition as it was delivered.

5.5. Returned products must not show signs of use, damage, or modification. If the return conditions are not met, the product will not be accepted.


General Provisions

6.1. Aautify reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, as well as to change prices, shipping fees, and delivery times.

6.2. In case of disputes, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the customer’s residence.
